Shipping is facilitated through reputable carriers such as USPS, 4PX, DHL, EMS, and Local Post. 

Orders are promptly processed upon the acceptance of payment.

ORDER TRACKING:

Upon shipment, you will receive email notifications and can access real-time tracking by logging into our website. Some orders may be dispatched in multiple parcels, resulting in multiple emails and tracking numbers.

Kindly allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If there is no tracking information available initially, it means the carrier has not yet processed your parcel. If your order surpasses the estimated arrival date, please contact us via Support@delicate-leather.com, and we will assist you promptly.

INCORRECT ADDRESS:

It is crucial to provide accurate shipping information during checkout, as:

  • Inaccurate or incomplete information may necessitate contact from our end to update delivery details, causing potential delays.
  • We cannot assume responsibility for orders delivered to incorrect addresses or returned to the sender. Such orders are returned to our shipping partners' warehouses and managed by them. Please verify your provided shipping address before reaching out to our customer support.
  • For orders returned due to incorrect addresses, a re-shipping fee is required for order resending.
  • If you contact the carrier to forward or redirect your parcel after it has left our warehouse, we cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.
